Brighton winger Mitoma hints at injury setback

Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma has hinted he faces an extended spell on the sidelines.

The Japan international suffered an ankle injury in the 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace.

Mitoma was seen leaving stadium on crutches.

Posting to social media on Sunday, Mitoma admitted: It's frustrating to be out injured but I will come back stronger."

Brighton are next in action with Tottenham this week.
