Reports: Seahawks to sign DE Frank Clark
Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

Defensive end Frank Clark is expected to sign a one-year contract with the Seattle Seahawks, multiple media outlets reported on Wednesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed for Clark, who began his career with the Seahawks before pocketing three Pro Bowl selections and two Super Bowl rings with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was released by the Denver Broncos on Oct. 13 after playing in two games.

The reported addition of Clark comes as Seattle deals with the expected season-ending pectoral injury to top pass rusher Uchenna Nwosu.

Clark, 30, has 58.5 sacks, 265 career tackles, 14 forced fumbles and seven fumble recoveries in 122 career games (88 starts). He also has 13.5 sacks in 17 postseason games, the most among all players since entering the NFL in 2015.

Clark was selected by the Seahawks in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
